Chris Smalling is reportedly edging closer toward accepting Roma’s new long-term proposal.
The Englishman – whose current contract is set to expire in June later this year – is keen on extending his stay in the Italian capital and has instructed his entourage to find a definite agreement with the club in the coming weeks.
According to Corriere dello Sport, it is only a matter of time before Smalling pens a new two-year deal with the Giallorossi.
