Roma defender Chris Smalling continues his road to recovery from yet another injury.
This time, the Englishman is dealing with an ankle injury which he suffered a couple of weeks ago following his long-awaited return from a chronic knee injury that had him sidelined for around 6 months.
According to calciomercato.com, Smalling’s conditions are improving and the player is responding well to physiotherapy and will soon commence personalized training.
Roma are hoping to have him back at Daniele De Rossi’s full disposal after the break as the Giallorossi will face Lecce on 1 April.
