Chris Smalling is set to make his return to Roma’s starting line-up for this afternoon’s fixture with Salernitana.
The English defender will also have the opportunity to wear the captain’s armband for the second time.
Given the absence of Lorenzo Pellegrini, Gianluca Mancini and Bryan Cristante – all three on the bench – Smalling will act as Roma’s captain this afternoon.
