Former Inter and Lazio attacker Christian Vieri was recently asked by La Gazzetta dello Sport about Paulo Dybala’s heroics with Roma.
Vieri attributed Dybala’s decision to sign with Roma with Jose Mourinho’s presence at the capital club.
“I’m sure Paulo is an important player and that, when he’s doing well, he always makes the difference,” Vieri told the Italian newspaper.
“I’m not surprised by his performance, but I congratulate Mourinho: José played a crucial role in convincing Dybala to choose Roma. In short, it was a great deal, in full Special One style.”
