Former Roma manager and current Cagliari boss Claudio Ranieri recalled his childhood years as a Giallorossi supporter.
In a recent interview with DAZN, Ranieri spoke about growing up a Romanista and attending games at the Stadio Olimpico.
“Being a fan leads you to give and feel something more as a professional, it’s normal,” said the Italian technician who recently led Cagliari back to Serie A.
“As a child, I used to go to the Curva Sud when the it was still three-quarters Roma fans and one-quarter Lazio supporters.”
“Being a fan, becoming a footballer and then being a coach is something I carry within me.”
