Italian consumer advocacy group Codacons are, again, not giving up their fight to block the construction of the Stadio della Roma.
The group filed an appeal to the regional court of Lazio to attempt to block the stadium. As reported by Il Tempo, this appeal, though, was filed as non-urgent and also without a request for suspension, suggesting that was done only as a gimmick or publicity stunt. Furthermore, this nonsense does not bother the Region of Lazio, with whom all major details and critical issues have been resolved. Construction of the stadium draws closer.
