The general director of Como, Carlalberto Ludi, confirmed advanced negotiations with Andrea Belotti from Roma.
In recent days, the newly promoted side offered a permanent deal to Roma and a long-term contract to the ex-Torino striker.
Belotti – having been excluded from Roma’s plans – eventually accepted Como’s proposal.
Now the parties are at work to finalize the last details of the deal.
In an interview with Sky Sport, Ludi confirmed on-going talks to complete Belotti’s transfer from Roma.
“We are very, very far ahead,” he said.
“The official announcement will be made in the press releases,” he added. “We are 100% optimistic.”
