Roma learned their Conference League fate this afternoon and await to face a familiar foe in the next round of the competition.
The Giallorossi drew Norwegian side Bodø/Glimt in the quarterfinals—setting the stage for a rematch between the two teams following their battle earlier in the competition during the group round.
Although Roma finished top of Group C with 13 points, the reigning Norwegian champions, who finished second with 12 points, caused them major problems during both encounters.
Bodø handed Roma their worst defeat of the season during their first clash in late October. They dismantled the capital club by a scoreline of 6-1—prompting Mourinho to punish several of the players involved in the loss.
They then managed to hold the Giallorossi to a 2-2 draw during their final meeting in late November at the Stadio Olimpico.
The first leg between the teams takes place in Norway on April 7th with the second leg occurring one week later in Rome on April 14th.
