As reported by Fabrizio Romano, earlier today Sancho made direct contact with the Roma head coach who spoke to him for the first time to outline his plans for the season.
Roma and Man United have made progress in their respective talks and are nearing an agreement.
All that is left is for Sancho to give his final approval.
