Roma are pushing to sign out-of-favour Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum in order to further strengthen Mourinho’s midfield for the upcoming campaign.
The Special One, reports calciomercato.it has already spoken with Wijnaldum who is currently on vacation awaiting to understand what the future might hold for him.
The two clubs are negotiating the various costs involved in the deal as PSG want to make his transfer permanent and Roma insist on the French side covering part of Wijnaldum’s salary.
More developments are expected to take in the coming days as the Giallorossi continue to push in order to secure an additional midfielder for José Mourinho.
