Andrea Belotti is Roma’s main priority for the attack in case Eldor Shomurodov were to leave the Italian capital in favour of Bologna as rumoured yesterday.
The Italian striker – currently a free agent after having parted ways with Torino earlier in the summer – is waiting for the Giallorossi to advance an official proposal.
In the meantime, La Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Mourinho has already called and spoken with Belotti several times over the past few weeks.
The Portuguese technician has reportedly wanted Belotti since his days of managing Tottenham.
