With Edin Dzeko to Chelsea heating up, Roma continue to search for reinforcements. As reported by Alfredo Pedulla of SportItalia, the Giallorossi are more likely to bring in a right winger instead of a striker to replace the Bosnian, though, they have been offered Chelsea’s Batshuyai.
Reportedly, in the last hours, there have been contacts between Roma and the entourage of Barcelona right winger Gerard Deulofeu. The Spaniard’s contract is expiring in 2019 with Barcelona and has been approached by both Inter and Napoli. A deal for Deulofeu could be possible for a fee between €15-€18 million, perhaps even on loan with an obligation to buy. Meanwhile, Deulofeu was also proposed to Milan in the last hours, though, the Rossoneri have not opened talks.
