Uruguayan fullback Matias Vina continues to draw interest from South America after being linked with a return to Brazil’s top flight.
Vina – who is currently on loan at Sassuolo – is likely to depart Roma if a suitable offer were to arrive at the club’s doorstep before the end of the month.
Roma’s asking price of €10 million made Flamengo – who had expressed interest in the ex-Palmeiras man – withdraw from the race and shift attention to other targets.
However, Il Tempo reports that Roma are still hoping to attract offers from Brazil: Corinthians, Palmeiras and Bahia are all interested in Vina and the situation around his future could soon change.
