The Mayor’s councilor of urban planning, Maurizio Veloccia, shared his thoughts on the recent sponsorship agreement between Roma and Riyadh.
In an interview with Radio Roma Sound FM90, Veloccia reassured that nothing Roma does for its own commercial purposes can influence the outcome of the highly-anticipated stadium project.
“The only issue that can endanger the Roma’s stadium project is Roma itself if it does not present a well-rounded project.”
“So I think that Roma must commit itself to presenting a project that responds to all the questions that have been posed during our regular discussions. If Roma fulfill such requirements, then they can put anything they want on their shirt and the project moves forward.”
