Cremonese head coach Giovanni Stroppa spoke to the media ahead of Wednesday night’s Coppa Italia fixture with Roma at the Stadio Olimpico.
The ex-Monza boss told reporters, “For us it is certainly an important match on a beautiful stage, we will try to do our best and choose the team that may be the most competitive at the moment. I don’t know what to expect from Roma, we’ve prepared as best as we could for tomorrow.”
“Of course we will try our best. However, it is clear that we face an opponent of a different category in various aspects. Our way of playing football will not change.”
“We will step on the pitch with maximum respect and humility. More attention will be needed, because tomorrow’s is a great opportunity for us to do well.”
