Bryan Cristante and Gonzalo Villar have spent the past week in quarantine at home. The two midfielders tested positive for COVID-19 a week ago.

However, Corriere dello Sport reports that both players will undergo further COVID tests today. If the tests come out negative, Cristante and Villar should be able to take part in tomorrow’s league fixture vs Torino.

Cristante could even reportedly start in tomorrow’s match if he were to test negative consecutively.

Another alternative in the midfield is Ebrima Darboe replacing the suspended Jordan Veretout. Mourinho could compose a midfield of Darboe, Mkhitaryan and Pellegrini.
