Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante predicted that a different team will be on display this evening versus Napoli as opposed to the one that lost 6-1 on Thursday.
It’s been a difficult 72-hours for the Giallorossi, who have been chided throughout the footballing world after their Conference League humiliation against Bodø/Glimt.
Despite the criticism, Cristante explained the team is motivated to immediately turn things around, starting with tonight’s showdown with the league leaders.
“It’ll be a good match tonight, we know we have to win,” he told DAZN.
“We’re in our house this evening and in a packed stadium. We’re going to give 100% to take home a win. We’re eager for revenge after what happened on Thursday. We all know how bad our performance was.”
“We have to play tonight like we have been playing in the league and show that we’re up to the challenge,” concluded the midfielder.
