RomaPress – Almost six months of negotiations, meetings, flights, and reviewing of documents…but now the end has arrived.
Today in New York City (Manhattan) at the headquarters of The Raptor Group (pictured below), James Pallotta, whose plane landed in New Jersey today, and his lawyers were joined by lawyers representing Dan Friedkin, the CEO of The Friedkin Group, to finalise the signing of the preliminary contracts, which started last Friday, to pave way for the sale of the Giallorossi.
It’s a day that represents the culmination of several months of work between the parties – who never had doubt that this day would inevitably arrive.
It’s a significant milestone that makes it official: Dan Friedkin will be the new owner of AS Roma.
With the preliminary contracts signed, the deal now enters the closing stages – which is expected to take 2-3 months.
AS Roma will release an official communication soon to announce that an agreement was reached with The Friedkin Group.
