Daniele De Rossi is ready to give a chance to one of the club’s brightest and most promising young talents.
Following Leonardo Spinazzola’s recent injury – which will rule him out for the next two games including Wednesday’s friendly with Al Shabab – Roma are hoping to find an alternative solution in their youth team.
As revealed by Il Romanista, Daniele De Rossi has already made the decision to call up Primavera fullback Jan Oliveras in order to temporarily replace Spinazzola.
The news portal suggests that the 19-year-old who comes from Barcelona’s academy could make his senior debut with the Giallorossi on the weekend with Salernitana. The player is not eligible to play versus Al Shabab as he does not possess the correct Visa.
Oliveras has reportedly impressed De Rossi in training to a degree that the Italian coach is willing to make him a regular part of his rotations.
