Daniele De Rossi: “Mourinho will keep the team steady.”

Roma legend Daniele Rossi, alongside former teammate Francesco Totti, spoke to Sky Sport earlier today and briefly touched upon Roma’s season so far and Mourinho’s tenure at the club.

“If Mourinho – who is one of the best coaches working today – doesn’t get fed up before the end of the season, Roma should consider themselves satisfied.”

The former captain continued:

“Going beyond the footballing aspect, Mourinho is one of the top 5 coaches in the history of the sport.”

“I have Roma deep in my heart, but it’s better to observe it from outside. I wouldn’t want to be in Mourinho’s shoes.”

He concluded:

“Many are jumping off the bandwagon, but Mourinho’s got a lot of personality and he’ll keep the team steady.”
