Alvaro Morata is supposedly another request specifically made by Roma manager Daniele De Rossi.

Over recent days, Morata’s name has been frequently mentioned in reports suggesting a move to Roma this summer.

After being linked with the capital club last year, Morata is now looking at the concrete possibility of returning to Serie A as his time at Atletico Madrid seems to have come to an end.

The Spanish striker has been very vocal about his willingness to play abroad and now Roma are deemed a real possibility for him.

According to Italian journalist Mimmo Ferretti of Radio Manà Manà Sport, Daniele De Rossi specifically asked Roma to make inquiries for Morata whom he considers a strong player and a perfect fit for his team ahead of next season.

Together with Federico Chiesa, Morata is now considered to be one of Roma’s top targets for the summer.

Talks are on and the Spaniard is reportedly keen on lowering his wage demands.
