Daniele De Rossi is said to be impressed by two Roma Primavera players in particular.
Since becoming the team’s new head coach two weeks ago, De Rossi has paid special attention to Niccolò Pisilli and Jan Oliveras.
The two players were also recently approached by several clubs in the January window – Oliveras was wanted by Anderlecht, whereas Niccolò Pisilli was linked with a move to Empoli.
However, De Rossi personally requested that Roma keep the two youngsters at his disposal at least until the end of the season, reports Corriere dello Sport.
The newspaper claims De Rossi is likely to include them more frequently in his rotations across Serie A and Europa League, too.
