Roma announced this afternoon that three of their most highly-rated youngsters have committed their futures to the club by signing new long-term deals.
Midfield trio Ebrima Darboe, Edoardo Bove, and Nicola Zalewski have all put pen to paper on contract renewals that run until June 2026, June 2025, and June 2025, respectively.
“The extensions of these three contracts serve as further evidence of the approach the club wants to continue taking with its young players,” said Tiago Pinto, AS Roma’s General Manager, to the club’s website.
“As a club we will continue to put our faith in the raw talent that comes through the academy system, guiding them as they develop as players and instilling in them the right work ethic and approach to their craft.”
“I also hope these three renewals will provide further motivation – and satisfaction – to all those who dedicate their work to the club’s youth sector, and that this proves to be just the beginning of a productive approach that brings with it many more great rewards.”
All three have been utilised by Jose Mourinho this season in Roma’s first team after working their way through the club’s youth system.
