Roma are counting on Tammy Abraham’s full recovery and a convincing return to the pitch for the final stretch of this season.
After missing the past nine months of action due to injury, Abraham is now seriously close to stepping back onto the pitch and earning his place in the Giallorossi’s formation.
For the upcoming trip to Lecce, Abraham will be regularly included in Daniele De Rossi’s squad.
According to La Repubblica, De Rossi’s dream is to pair him up with Romelu Lukaku and for the two to lead Roma’s attack.
De Rossi hopes to be able to give Abraham a chance in the final minutes of the match on Monday, with Abraham expected to feature more prominently across the next few weeks.
