Following the official appointment of Florent Ghisolfi as Roma’s new technical director, the French executive met for the first time with Daniele De Rossi.

According to Corriere dello Sport, the two met yesterday, with Ghisolfi attending his first team training session, and will meet later today to discuss the first stage of the club’s transfer plans.

The newspaper suggest that De Rossi and Ghisolfi will exchange ideas about outgoing transfers and desired signings as well as ongoing renewals for players like Mile Svilar and Paulo Dybala.

From today, work will be intensified to plan the future and next strategies related to Roma’s transfer market.

The club want to prioritize the addition of several younger, more sustainable players, preferably from Italy.
