Roma manager Daniele De Rossi touched upon the condition of two players remain uncertain for the upcoming fixtures.

Following last night’s win over Sassuolo, De Rossi was asked about Leonardo Spinazzola and Paulo Dybala.

The former was involved in the team’s starting line-up on Sunday, but proved unable to continue beyond the 35th minute of the first half and was replaced by Angelino.

“Spinazzola felt the muscle in his leg stiffen,” De Rossi told reporters after the game. “He didn’t seem desperate or in visible pain but first impressions are never definitive.”

On Paulo Dybala who was ruled out for the match after a muscle injury in training, De Rossi remarked, “For Dybala there is a clear timeline of recovery. He should be back with us soon after the break.”
