Former Roma captain Daniele De Rossi is on the lookout for his next coaching stop after his dismissal from Spal earlier this year.
The ex-midfielder is eager to rebound from his brief spell with the Ferrara-based side when he lasted only five months with the club and was sacked due to his record of 3 wins, 6 draws, and 8 defeats.
According to SportItalia, there’s been no shortage of interest for De Rossi, who’s been approached by multiple teams since leaving Spal. Most recently he was offered the head coaching role at Ternana after the club parted ways with former Roma, Genoa, and Empoli boss Aurelio Andreazzoli.
However, De Rossi rejected the Rossoverdi’s proposal, reportedly unconvinced by the club’s project.
