Roma are set to name Morgan De Sanctis the full-time sporting director, according to Tuttomercatoweb.
The Giallorossi will name their former goalkeeper as the replacement of former sporting director Gianluca Petrachi, who was fired in June for cause after just one year on the job.
New Roma owner Dan Friedkin will hand De Sanctis the full-time role after he has occupied it in a temporary capacity since Petrachi’s departure. De Sanctis will be tasked with leading the club’s summer transfer market campaign alongside Roma CEO Guido Fienga.
