Sassuolo manager Roberto De Zerbi, who has been linked to a potential move to Roma, spoke to TRC today about his future. These are his words:
“No club has called me. I’m glad to stay here, when I’m managing — I do so with the idea of staying ten years in one place. If you want to pursue an idea, time reinforces it. It is clear that there has to be a meeting with Squinzi and get a structure in place for next year. There’s some things I’ll require but that’s normal because we must always aim to do better and we will have to make the fans happy. Next season will be even more difficult “.
