Roma have finalised a transfer deal with Cagliari for the sale of attacker Eldor Shomurodov.
Sky Sport reports the Uzbekistan international will travel to Sardegna tomorrow to undergo his medical examinations after the two clubs completed the last remaining details of the operation.
The attacker will join Cagliari on an initial loan deal for a fee of €1 million—the Giallorossi responsible for paying 50% of his wages for the upcoming season. The Sardinians will also have an option to make the move permanent for an additional €9 million fee.
The deal will link up Shomurodov with former Roma manager Claudio Ranieri.
