Last night, Dean Huijsen got on Roma’s scoresheet for the first time in his senior career as the Giallorossi beat Cagliari 4-0.
The Dutchman’s headed effort off a corner kick sealed the victory for Daniele De Rossi’s side.
After the match, Sky Sport asked Huijsen – who is on loan from Juventus until the end of the season – about his future at Roma.
“I don’t know what will happen,” said the young centreback. “In football anything can happen.”
“I feel good, we are growing as a team. We aim to get as high as possible in the standings because we hope to at least get to the Champions League by the end of the season.”
“De Rossi has changed the team’s gameplan, he has brought his own ideas and is working on new concepts, he is a good coach. We are in a good moment now and it shows.”
