RomaPress – With less than two weeks remaining until the transfer window reopens, Amadou Diawara’s future at Roma still remains a mystery.
The Guinean international has appeared in only eight matches in all competitions so far this season and has seen a significant reduction in playing time under José Mourinho.
As a result, several clubs have expressed interest in acquiring the former Bologna man next month when the market reopens.
Recent rumors have suggested that Diawara recently rejected an offer from Bordeaux and that Torino are in pole position to acquire him.
However, a member of the midfielder’s entourage labeled both items as “nonsense” and blamed intermediaries for the unfounded transfer gossip.
Furthermore, they claimed to RomaPress that no club has made an official offer to neither Roma nor the player himself.
