Devyne Rensch gave an interview to Voetbal International where he discussed his experience in the Italian capital so far.
“It was a fantastic experience to make such an important transfer,” said Rensch when asked about his decision to leave Ajax in January.
“I was very well received at Roma by everyone,” he added. “I struggled with some injuries but I was still able to play in a lot of games, in Europe, too.”
“I learned a lot in these last months,” he continued. “It’s fantastic to be able to play there.”
“I learned a lot at Ajax, but at one point I was ready for such a next step. Italian football will make me a better player.”
