Roma centreback Diego Llorente complained about referee Anthony Taylor’s decision-making in tonight’s defeat in Budapest.
Following the heartbreaking loss in the Europa League final with Sevilla, Llorente told reporters, “Today in all the dubious episodes, the yellow cards, the referee blew the whistle in favour of Sevilla. I am surprised because he is an international referee who has a great reputation.”
“Mourinho? He told us that we must be proud of what we have done. That we left everything on the field. We are proud, penalties are a lottery and it didn’t go well.”
