Roma defender Diego Llorente spoke at full-time of Lazio 0-0 Roma at the Stadio Olimpico earlier tonight.
In his post-match interview with DAZN, Llorente said, “We were unlucky in front of goal, we had some good chances and did a good defensive job to contain them. There are things to improve, but we will work in this direction.”
“Looking back on the start of the season, we should concede fewer goals. There are new additions, not only in defense but also throughout the rest of the team. I would say we are still growing as team.”
“We are training well, although there isn’t much time available in-between games. We played on Thursday and came back the next day. But we made good use of the little time we had available, we made a big effort also out of respect for our opponent.”
