Roma defender Diego Llorente was among the players to bid farewell to Jose Mourinho following the manager’s exit from Roma earlier today.
The Spaniard dedicated a lengthy message to the Special One, thanking him for the confidence shown in him which allowed Llorente to return to Roma on another loan spell from Leeds United.
“Thank you for the trust and for everything I have learned at your side. It has been an honor to work under you.”
“I wish you and your staff the best in the future. Thanks for everything, coach,” wrote Llorente on Twitter.
