Roma centreback Diego Llorente was forced to abandon the pitch late in tonight’s win over Feyenoord.

The Spanish defender – who featured in Roma’s line-up versus the Dutch side earlier tonight – was unable to continue after suffering a blow to the head.

Llorente was quickly carried off the pitch in a stretcher and driven to Roma’s clinic of choice in Villa Stuart.

As reported by VoceGiallorossa, Llorente remains hospitalized at Villa Stuart with a head injury. The CT scan is currently negative.
