Roma defender Diego Llorente exited the Marassi stadium with an apparent muscle injury.
The Spaniard was unable to continue playing in last night’s defeat to Genoa – at the moment of his exit, Roma were level with Genoa but ultimately failed to hold on to the scoreline.
According to DAZN, Llorente injured his right flexor muscle which coincidentally in the same injury sustained by Genoa’s Badelj and Strootman.
Llorente will be re-evaluated by Roma’s medical staff in the next few days but his availability for this weekend’s fixture with Frosinone is at risk.
