Spanish defender Diego Llorente wants to convince Roma to sign him permanently from Leeds United.
Having joined the Giallorossi in January, Llorente has quickly grown to embrace the city and the club, recently proving his capabilities in Roma’s win over Sampdoria, where he calmly replaced Roger Ibanez from the start.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Llorente has asked his entourage to inquire about the possibility of making his stay at Roma permanent.
However, a lot will depend on whether Leeds will be open toward lowering the initially established asking price of €18 million – a fee that is deemed too high at the moment.
