Roma left-back Lucas Digne has commented on his selection with France for the 2016 Euro. Here is what he told RMC Sport about his selection:
“I’m very happy, of course. It is something amazing. I had a good season with Roma, and now I have the good fortune to represent my country in my country, it is a nice surprise. I knew I had a good season so I was hoping to be selected.”
The full-back also took to Twitter to express his joy at being called tabbed for Euro: “An immense pride to be selected, many thanks to Roma and my teammates.”
