Former Milan and current Lausanne left-back Djamel Mesbah spoke to TMW Radio today and was asked about fellow countryman and friend Riyad Mahrez:
“Mahrez and Roma? He called me yesterday, I did not know about this transfer market rumors, I mean I’ll call him again to ask (laughs). He would really be a great coup for Roma because he is a fantastic player, he is devastating in one on one situations, plus he is clever and very humble. If he went to Roma, he would be an extra weapon for Di Francesco.”
