Dovbyk appears set to miss the Juventus match.

Yesterday, the Ukrainian striker also underwent a personalized program at Trigoria, three days before the league match.

His chances of being included in the squad are therefore dwindling, with his presence in Turin appearing unlikely even if he were to train with the group on Friday.

His stay at Roma could end in January, but Dovbyk intends to fight to stay, trying to earn a place in the squad. Meanwhile, Gasperini will have to contend with Ndicka’s absence ahead of the match at the Allianz Stadium.

To replace him, Il Tempo writes, Celik could be moved back into the defensive line, moving Mancini to the center, or one of the young defenders, Ghilardi or Ziolkowski.

Another option would be to insert Rensch into the defensive trio, keeping Celik on the right flank and Wesley on the left.
