Dybala after Roma-Bologna: “This is an important win.”

Andy Mattioli

Roma get back to winning ways in their first matchday of 2023 as Lorenzo Pellegrini led the team past Thiago Motta’s Bologna side in this afternoon’s Serie A engagement at the Stadio Olimpico.

Despite exiting the match with cramps, Paulo Dybala is expected to fully recover for Roma’s next big match against Milan on Sunday.

The Argentine footballer – who returned to the team’s starting eleven for the first time since October – celebrated the victory with a post on Instagram.

“It was important to start the year with a victory,” wrote the 29-year-old. “Daje Roma!”
