Paulo Dybala continues to be the subject of transfer rumors given his uncertain future in the Italian capital.

The Argentine’s contractual situation with Roma is still unresolved and needs to be addressed by the capital club before the end of the season.

Dybala’s current deal with the Giallorossi ends in 2025 and his entourage are already impatiently exploring other options in Europe.

According to calciomercato.com, however, Dybala has prioritized his stay in Rome ahead of any other potential move in the summer: the attacker is very fond of the club and the city and wishes to continue playing for the Giallorossi beyond this season.

Roma will be called to address a new contract for Dybala with a higher salary and a longer expiry date before the end of the season, hopefully in the aftermath of the appointment of a new sporting director.

The news portal further claims that Barcelona are monitoring the situation with interest and remain tempted to cover Dybala’s release clause which is worth around €13 million.
