RomaPress – Newly acquired attacker Paulo Dybala won’t participate in Roma’s friendly this evening versus Nice at the Estadio Municipal de Albufeira—the final one of their retreat in Portugal.
Many were hoping the Argentine would make his Roma debut this evening against the French side after he officially completed his move to the club three days ago.
However, Dybala took part in an individual training session late this morning in accordance with the personalised training regime created by the club’s medical staff. He isn’t injured but the Giallorossi don’t want to risk putting him on to the pitch before he’s 100% ready.
Though, he’s expected to be ready for next weekend’s friendly against Tottenham Hotspurs, which will take place in Haifa, Israel at the Sammy Ofer Stadium.
