After his move to Juventus fell through, Edin Dzeko is ready to reintegrate himself in Roma and, once again, wear the captain’s armband for the Giallorossi.
Sky Sport reports that the deal to send the Bosnian to Juventus fell apart on Sunday after there was a significant slow down in talks between Arek Milik and Napoli.
The Bianconeri became impatient with the Partenopei’s delay in allowing Milik to join Roma, which would have freed Dzeko to join them.
Reportedly, though, Dzeko never pushed for a sale to Juventus and has no problems with remaining in the Italian capital, where his family is very settled, and is ready to face the Bianconeri this weekend.
