RomaPress – “Nothing has been decided”. The words of a prominent member of Edin Dzeko’s entourage exclusively to RomaPress are very clear.
At this moment, the Bosnian hasn’t said “yes” to Juventus but he is indeed still reflecting on his future.
The Bianconeri have offered Dzeko a two-year deal with the same wages that he currently earns at Roma (7.5 million net per season) but he is still deciding whether or not to accept the proposal.
It’s true that Dzeko and his wife, Amra, are very settled in the Italian capital and, above all, would prefer to remain there. However, Andrea Pirlo and Juventus are certainly tempting the former Manchester City man with the promise of a prominent role and the opportunity to win important trophies, perhaps for the final time in his career.
A decision from Dzeko is expected to arrive soon, but in the meantime, Roma are waiting and lining up a replacement in the event the Bosnian decides to leave.
