Roma were back on the training ground today at Trigoria ahead of this weekend’s match against Sampdoria. Edin Dzeko trained with the group after his follow-up consultation yesterday – a week after he underwent surgery on his fractured cheekbones. The Bosnian participated in full training while wearing a protective mask – despite this, though, his presence in Genova is still in serious doubt. Meanwhile, Davide Zappacosta, Lorenzo Pellegrini, and Amadou Diawara continued their rehabilitation.
