Ebrima Darboe nears final stages of recovery from ACL injury

Ebrima Darboe is looking to breathe a sigh of relief as he nears the end of his six-month recovery process from a knee injury.

The former Roma Primavera player tore his ACL in one of the club’s pre-season friendlies in Portugal, essentially putting him out of action for the entire first half of the season.

Now, Corriere dello Sport reports that the midfielder is on his way to finalizing the last steps of his rehab. Recently, Darboe travelled for his last consultation at the clinic in Switzerland where had surgery performed on his knee.

The player could soon begin to train with the rest of the team, hoping to make in impact in the final stretch of this year’s campaign.
