Edoardo Bove becomes Mourinho’s most utilized Roma U21 player

Andy Mattioli

Roma midfielder Edoardo Bove continues his rapid development in Jose Mourinho’s starting formation.

The former Primavera player has become a key player in the Special One’s plans, making 7 appearances in 12 games from the first minute for the Giallorossi.

Bove has already collected over 650 minutes in Serie A – considering that last year he concluded the season with a total of 986, the midfielder could achieve the same number of minutes within the end of this calendar year.

This would make him the most utilized U21 player in Mourinho’s squad.

According to Corriere della Sera, Bove is at the center of Roma’s long-term project and the club have no intention of losing him anytime soon.

Roma GM Tiago Pinto is closely working with Bove’s agent to renew the player’s deal with the capital club. Both parties want the same outcome.
